How It Works

OK, so there's a lot you can't eat, including all grains, dairy, sugar (real or artificial), and, unfortunately, alcohol (so perhaps save this one for Dry January). Also, prepare to load up on Ghee. But the focus on whole foods and mindful eating aims to rewire your brain when it comes to eating and making better choices. It's not a diet, it's a lifestyle - for a month, at least.
