Jasmine Tookes

Another Dogpound regular, Jasmine Tookes stays motivated by bringing a friend into the mix - she and her bestie, fellow VS model Josephine Skriver, are workout buddies. Before a morning sesh, she'll have a protein shake consisting of banana, chocolate whey powder, peanut butter, strawberries, and almond milk. Afterwards, her breakfast is pretty solid, hard boiled eggs or an omelette and veggies. Grilled chicken and rice make up her later meals, as well as the occasional steak (protein, baby!).
Workout-wise she does like to switch it up. Other favorites include barre class Phsyique 57 and pilates.
