Sara Sampaio

Portuguese stunner Sara Sampaio LOVES carbs (she's just like us!) and told The Cut last year, "I’m a big believer in not doing crazy diets and not to stop eating what makes you happy or what you like. It’s all about balance." Before the show, however, she'll swap out the pizza and pasta for chicken, fish, fruit, and veggies. She'll workout five times a week, incorporating a lot of SLT, the "strengthen, lengthen, tone" class which utilizes a Megaformer machine, similar to pilates. Like many VS models, she can also be found sweating it out at Dogpound in NYC.
