Georgia Fowler

Kiwi model Georgia Fowler, who is preparing to walk her third Victoria's Secret show, says that "working hard isn't seasonal." She loves mixing it up, mostly favoring HIIT sessions and weight training. Closer to the show, she's been known to amp up her workouts to twice daily. On Instagram, it appears she's been working closely with Nike Master Trainer Kirsty Godso, who incorporates a mix of cardio and strength rounds.
Last year she told Vogue Australia that her plate is "usually 80 percent vegetable, 10 percent fats (avocado, nuts or seeds) and 10 percent lean protein (usually fish, but I’ll never deprive myself of a good quality steak if my body is asking for it)." In the mornings, she'll start her day with tea and apple cider vinegar, followed by coffee.
According to the Daily Mail, she also loves infrared saunas, which "aid in muscle recovery, detoxification and reduced cortisol levels."
