The muscle-defining technique involves ankle weights, bands, and a signature ball, which is strapped between thighs for lots of squeezing. When it comes to diet, Pasterino is all about an anti-bloating approach. He told Pop Sugar, "When preparing for a show like Victoria's Secret, eliminating any foods that can bloat or cause inflammation is key... we cut out vegetables that are hard to digest such as kale, broccoli, and cauliflower. Also [eliminate] fruits such as bananas and any nut butters. We eliminate all salt, eggs, and packaged foods. We need to give our digestive system the greatest chance to function at its best and be sure to reduce any unnecessary water retention."
