Central Park
Central Park is our #1 recommended spot for NYC running. Not only is it a National Historic Landmark but it's also the most visited urban park in the country. For runners, the park offers diverse surfaces in both hilly and flat terrain.
It has three main routes for running: The Reservoir, which has the best skyline views of the park and is outlined with cherry trees. The Bridle Path, composed of three soft surface routes, and The Park Drives, made for long-distance running that brings you to some of the most scenic locations Central Park has to offer.
