What are some of your other favorite ways to incorporate CBD into your lifestyle?

Overall, CBD just organically fits into my lifestyle and wellness routines. Whether it’s using the CBD Fitness Cream in the morning to start my day or applying it to areas of tension post-workouts, adding the Mint CBD Oil to a cup of tea, or taking a CBD Night Gummy  when I need to de-stress and sleep, CBD has truly elevated my everyday routines and remedies.

Right now, I’m all about a good, immune-boosting smoothie (spinach, mango, ginger, kale, banana) and adding about half a dropper of the Citrus CBD Oil to start my day.
