This city has plenty of parks and now that the weather is nice, you can ditch cabs and subway rides. Take a jog around Central Park, walk home from work, or grab a friend and walk the Manhattan Bridge. Not only is it good exercise but you'll get to enjoy springtime in the city to its fullest.
