Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Speaking of preparation, all of the above should be cooked with some good ol' EVOO - that's Extra Virgin Olive Oil for those of you who weren't obsessed with Rachael Ray back when she was relevant. In addition to being a good source of healthy fats and antioxidants, olive oil could help reduce the risk of everything from heart disease to diabetes, and even prevent wrinkles! Use it instead of butter for everything, even on your bread (dipping is way chicer, anyway).
