Crunch recently relaunched its spin classes with a new Ride program. Ride has 10 different classes that are split into three types: Road, Rhythm, and Remix to please any spinner's needs. The Road rides are competitive, athletic and have RPM trackers at the front of the room. Rhythm classes are based on choreography and spinning to Beyonce. Finally, Remix places spinners under a disco ball with a class is a mix of both Rhythm and Road.
