What's your favorite thing about bringing women together at your events?
When I see them collaborating/connecting outside of the event. We are conditioned as children to fear one another’s success as we are taught there is only one winner and a multitude of losers. If we can change the dialogue of competition to reward collaboration and empower one another, there will be an infinite amount of energy for us to all succeed.
