Refine Method
Arguably our favorite place to work out these days, Refine uses proprietary equipment to keep up your heart rate for maximum fat burn. Dubbed “a nonstop cardio workout that incorporates strength training," by New York Magazine, Refine uses the best of many types of exercises to really change your body. Three circuits of 45s each followed by 2 minutes of “power” drills with 2 short breaks in between sustain your heart rate, which leads to serious results.
They recently offered members an opportunity to ditch their gym for a credit equal to the cost of one month’s membership for any 3-month Refine Method class plan. This was also named one of the 13 best New Year’s fitness specials in NYC, as dubbed by Time Out NYC! First class special: $34 with a second class for free!
