Beans

It's a tough day to be a vegetarian. We've already told you one big veg protein source, lentils, may be giving you a bloat. Add most other beans and legumes to the list. They contain fibers that pose a challenge to your digestive system, resulting in a range of *uncomfortable* and gassy symptoms. It may be time to turn to eggs, tofu, quinoa and other sources of vegetarian protein.
