Journaling
At this point in my life I've come to accept that I'm never going to be a meditation person. I just don't have the temperament conducive to a quiet mind (I'm a Gemini), so I'm turning to the next best thing: Journaling. My once-embarrassing middle school pastime, has, in recent years, been embraced by the cool kids of the wellness set. For good reason - journaling has been shown to reduce stress, help manage anxiety, increase self-confidence, promote mindfulness, and even strengthen your immune system.
