A chic business lunch: My colleague and I had a working lunch at the restaurant at Fouquet’s a few months ago and we still talk about the lobster salad, which honestly was the best I’ve had. I’m lucky that within my work, we get to host a lot of events at nice venues, so even if I rarely go there for leisure, I get to experience them for work.
A girls' night out: A cocktail in the Swan Room at Nine Orchard or dinner at the hotel’s restaurant Corner Bar.
A date night dinner: Il Buco al Mare in Amagansett’s my current favorite, or in the city, Principe or Saint Theo’s.
