Can you tell us a little bit about the Tenth Anniversary celebration?
We had a great party, and without question, the best part was seeing some of the old faces that got us where we are today. We invited everyone that's been part of the company since our inception (since those spaghetti dinners!), and it was so amazing to see everyone come together to celebrate what we all built as a team! It was also really cool to do it at Union Pool, which has been around even longer than we have, and has been a big part of the landscape that makes Brooklyn what it is today.
