How does the design, staff, etc. at Urban Cowboy encourage strangers to develop fast friendships?
We foster a very communal atmosphere, shared breakfast, dinner parties, barbecues. Last night we had an Autumn pumpkin carving festival where all the guest mingled with our friends. We had a South African photographer drinking mulled cider hanging with someone who lives around the corner!
