You said you want to redefine what a bed and breakfast can be...can you expand on that?
My idea of the type of home I want to stay in is what I'm referring to. When I have stayed in other B&B's there is usually a lot of floral and lace, very dated, very old. My B&B is a luxury townhome experience where you will mingle with Native Brooklynites and had a cocktail from the free house bar. There is a hot tub, pot belly stoves, dinner parties, it is like staying at a friends house...that is my vision and goal.
