As far as decor, tell us about how you decided on the design/aesthetic for Margaux.
Sean MacPherson: "We wanted Marlton and Margaux to feel as if they belonged to the neighborhood. We imagined a more contemporary Miss Havisham living downtown and took our design inspiration from her fictional penthouse in the One Fifth building."
