Margaux Interview
How did you land on the name Margaux for the restaurant?
Sean MacPherson: "I spent much of my childhood in Sun Valley, Idaho, where I met Margaux Hemingway (Ernest's femme fatale granddaughter). I always liked the name and its connection the great French wine. A feminine name with some wine and literary history seemed to fit the restaurant - and it's one of the few French names that is easy to pronounce."
