What is it about Middle Eastern food that you love so much?
I grew up in the Middle East, my mother’s from Lebanon, where I was born. I grew up in Saudi Arabia, a little in Kuwait and Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and in Switzerland and England a little bit too. Through that whole time, wherever I was, I’ve always been an eater.
