Where do you like to eat/drink in Greenpoint?
Lots of us hang out in this old school dive-y bowling alley called The Gutter. I know I’m going to regret telling you that but it’s true! Greenpoint Fish & Lobster Co is one of my favorite local spots. It’s a food market, but in the back they have a couple of bar stools and they serve absolutely lovely stuff; ceviche, chowder, fish tacos, from all over the map. It’s incredibly fresh, delicious, and very affordable. I also love Selamat Pagi, which is a Balinese restaurant that’s just spice galore and fresh herbs, amazingly balanced flavors. Their food is super hot which, as you can imagine, I love! If I’m not eating in Glasserie that’s where you’ll find me.
