Sublet your house or apartment first because that’s a great way to create an income for plane tickets and other things. Be charming and charismatic so that you are invited as a houseguest. It's important to have friends that will invite you places. It's also important to note that the most expensive hotel is NOT necessarily the nicest hotel. You can usually find something cooler like a beach cottage, yurt or teepee, which is a better experience for just a fraction of the price.
