We were at the launch of your Back to the Land collection launch, so fun! We love the vibes. What was your inspiration for Back to the Land?
The name back to the land has layered meanings for me. There's the actual definition: The back-to-the-land movement calls for people to live off the land by growing your own food, learning skills and creating a self-sustaining community. This was a political and economic idea in the 20th century in reaction to the horrors of factory labor about moving from cities to rural areas. Then in the '60s and '70s it became a popular idea and lifestyle in the youth counter culture.
