What's the story behind your signature butterfly motif?
My handcut, hand glittered butterfly artworks are one of the first techniques I taught myself, and they became my signature and best selling works. I also think my spirit animal is a butterfly – my art completely transformed my life. Butterflies carry with them a lot of symbolism of transformation and hope. Each butterfly is also one of a kind, which I believe I am as well.
