You've been cooking your entire life. When did you start really exploring the creativity of it?
I've always been playing with dishes and presentation... cooking up creative dishes for my parents and 10 siblings. As a child, I’d cater my family’s many celebrations, using the most economical ingredients, which in Israel is fresh produce, to create flavored and textured dishes. In my 20's, I started hosting parties for friends in my spare time as an artistic outlet.. and when I saw people go crazy over the beauty and flavors… I got even more excited about exploring my culinary passion.
