What are some of your favorite notes?
Dawn: I am always discovering new molecules and ingredients to play with for our clients. But my personal favorite ingredient at the moment is natural narcisse – the smell transports you to the field in France during the harvest, its petally, fresh, dewy, stemmy, clean, green, slightly fruity, a bit coffee … wonderful.
Sam: I am currently in love with a champagne accord that Dawn is playing with. It actually sparkles when you smell it. Incredible!
