Raindrop Cake
The newest food trend that makes us ask ourselves: is this actually food? The raindrop cake is exactly what is sounds like, a cake that looks like an enormous drop of water. The so-called cake was inspired by the Mizu Shingen Mochi from Japan. Right now it is only found at Smorgasburg, but let's give it a couple of months to see where it gets to.
