Just take one heavy scroll through Instagram these days and it's pretty apparent that being stuck inside activates an instinctive human desire to bake. Bread, cookies, pies. People are using mixing bowls like it's going out of style.
Personally, I'm not much of a baker. Baking doesn't exactly lend itself to making things up as you go along, which I happen to consider my specialty, so.
But even I have been secretly searching for the perfect banana bread recipe as of late. Something simple, easy, and no frills.
Lucky for me (and for you) Tory Burch recently shared her personal favorite banana bread recipe.
My first impression? I don't think it's possible for her to have a bad hair day.
And second? I could totally handle making this. Which means you can definitely handle making it.
Bonne Baking!
