A caviar speakeasy? Count us in! Gourmet caviar shop Marky's on Madison has unveiled their new fine-casual caviar cafe, HŪSO right here in NYC. Hidden behind luxe velvet curtains in the rear of the retail space, the intimate, 12-seat space boasts chic banquettes, pearl-blue hues, brass accents, and Calacatta quartz marble tabletops. At night, the destination serves up a 7-course tasting menu ($200 per person) with chef selections including a juicy cut of Wagyu served alongside black truffle and Marky’s Beluga di Venezia Caviar. Pair it all with the finest champagne, natch.
