CY Kitchen Caviar
The latest in chic caviar comes from CY Kitchen. The small business is founded by Iranian-American Celine “CY” Yousefzadeh, and both the brand and caviar itself have Persian roots. In fact, caviar can be traced back to the southern Caspian Sea, and the Farsi word “khaviyar” is what inspired the modern word, caviar.
"My vision for CYK Caviar was to create simplicity around the delicacy, by removing the guesswork of which type to buy and offer the highest possible quality (Golden Ossetra) in a design-focused packaging," says Celine. Indeed, the striped packaging reminds you of summers on the Amalfi Coast.
Every element of your order has been thoroughly curated. The copper tins come from the leading manufacturer in France, ensuring the highest possible quality. You’ll also find an embossed mother-of-pearl spoon and a key for unlocking the tin. Talk about the ideal hostess gift.
