Francois Payard Bakery
Eat your macarons for a cause! Chef Frencois Payard began a program in 2010 where a portion of macaron proceeds are donated to City Harvest. Since initiating the donation program at his bakery four years ago, Bouchon Bakery, Macaron Parlour and Butterfield Market have joined the cause,
among others. All participating bakeries will be giving out free samples of macarons in honor of the holiday.
