Lattes, macarons, cakes - how many more unicorn treats can people possibly come up with this year, the unofficial food year of the unicorn?
For those of you culinary contrarians who haven't touched avocado toast for the past three years more as a statement of self than as a profession of actual food preference, might we make a just as magical, just as mythical recommendation?
Mermaids. The same unicorn vibes, just far more alt.
Start off with some mermaid toast, an all too Instagrammable combination of blue green algae powders mixed with almond milk cream cheese. Sounds weird, tastes amazing.
