An ice cream-infused omakase experience inspired by Dom Pérignon?
Count us in!
Award-winning architect Stephanie Goto and Morgenstern’s Finest Ice Cream are teaming up for a culinary treat like no other. Starting July 20th, a limited-run tasting menu will be available once a week at Morgenstern’s Sundae Bar featuring seven courses presented through Goto's Japanese lens. Each pairing will brilliantly highlight and reimagine the unexpected similarities between champagne (specifically Dom Pérignon's Vintage 2003 Plénitude 2) and ice cream.
How does a Nori ice cream cone with sushi rice ice cream and osetra caviar topping sound?
Or how about a Morgenstern’s sesame milk bun with a swipe of kewpie wasabi mayo, lightly seared, sushi-grade fatty toro, ginger, shiso shoestring “fries” and a soy sauce ice cream to dip the burger into?
You know you want to try their dashi, yuzu citrus gelee with uni suspended, layered with a tamago ice cream, topped with a squid ink and black rice tuille and a mound of ikura salmon roe!
The full Elevated Expansion Omakase experience will run you $360. But don't worry - if you're looking to join in on the fancy foodie fun for less, they'll be serving up three dishes à la carte. Grab an ice cream cone and a glass of Dom Pérignon Vintage 2010 or the Toro burger and a glass of Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2006 for $85, as well as a vanilla, red bean and matcha sundae cue paired alongside a glass of Dom Pérignon Vintage 2003 for $95.
Don't miss out - book your reservation today!
