
Austin’s first establishment dedicated to serving only lobster rolls in 2011, the food trailer serves wild caught Main lobster provided by Portland, Maine. Head chef and partner Lee Krassner served up a spicy New England style lobster roll, which was a unique variation served with a touch of habanero. Since the restaurant creates their own AWARD WINING hot sauce, the lobster roll was a go-to item at the event. For those who were unable to claw their way to the event, they can have a chance to enjoy Lee’s lobster roll at Genuine Superette in New York on their rotating chef menu for a limited time.
