Buffalo Chicken Patties

So these are going to take a little bit of effort, but the end result is so worth it. 

Ingredients:

Buffalo Patties
1 large egg beaten
2 lbs ground chicken
3 1/2 tbsp tapioca flour
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp Franks Hot Sauce
1/2 sweet onion diced
1/4 cup green onions
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp ghee for frying
1 tsp mayo
Southwest Ranch
1 cup Whole30 Compliant Mayo
11/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp dill weed
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp coconut milk culinary or canned
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp cracked black pepper
1 tbsp chives fresh or dried
2 tbsp Franks Hot Sauce
1 tsp lime juice
