Starting August 4th, the posh Upper East Side spot is partnering with downtown favorite PopUp Bagels for a limited-edition, fully loaded treat that's sure to be the new social media status symbol.

Available for pick up between 9AM and 11AM on Fridays and Saturdays now through the end of the summer, the special collaboration features a freshly baked everything bagel, creamy layers of plain schmear, sliced ribbons of smoked salmon, and, but of course, 20 grams of Baeri Caviar.
Quite the way to start the day, no?
The special sandwich, which is sure to sell out fast on pre-order, will run you $55.
Compared to their Caviar Potatoes (which range from $95 to $540), it's quite the steal!
