If you thought pink champagne cake was good, you're really going to want to toast to this. Creative baker extraordinaire Chelsey White (a.k.a. Chelsweets) teamed up with Cosmopolitan to create this lime green margarita trifle that's as delicious as it is Instagrammable.

Vanilla cake crumble, lime buttercream icing, and of course, some tequila and triple sec syrup make up this adorable boozy treat, and it's all served up in a giant martini glass - casual. Add a lime and straw for good measure and voila, the dessert of the summer.
