French chef Daniel Boulud's brasserie offers three
magnifique varieties of the American burger. While the "Yankee" is the standard 6 oz beef patty with lettuce onion and tomato, there's also the “Piggie,” which piles on housemade bbq pulled pork, and the “Frenchie,” which upgrades that topping to confit pork belly.
For $8, "The Monster" option adds another beef patty, while the $48 "Menage A Trois" allows especially hungry gourmands to try all three burgers, with the works.
