Vietnamese Chicken Salad
You will need:
Chicken Breast
1 handful of chopped Red and Regular cabbage
1/2 cup bean sprouts
Mint
Coriander
Lime
Small amount of Soya Sauce (this is optional, as some people would choose not to have this during a detox) Black sesame seeds
Slice chicken into bite size pieces and marinate with the juice of a lime and a small amount of soya sauce. Bake chicken in the oven or fry in a pay until cooked through. In the meantime, thinly slice red cabbage and regular cabbage, place in a bowl. Add bean sprouts and roughly chopped assorted herbs. Mix through, add cooked chicken and top with black sesame seeds
