Bian Dang is a Taiwanese-style food truck and remains to be the only one of it's kind in NYC. Kian Dang was started just a few months ago by Thomas Dang and his sister Diana, and has been a huge hit ever since.
What to order: The Fried Chicken Over Rice - Taiwanese style fried chicken served over jasmine rice, pickled mustard greens and minced pork sauce.
