With the endless rise of fast fashion and consumerism, it has become paramount to remember the environmental effects of our shopping choices. By coughing up some extra money for an outfit, you can usually ensure that the company does a better job of ethically sourcing its goods than a cheaper alternative (cough cough, H&M or Zara). The exploitation and endangerment of workers isn't worth shaving off a few bucks from your future favorite pair of jeans.
