The designer and celebrity stylist responsible for the rise of the bohemian look in the 2000s certainly made the wrong move when she called herself "more influential" than Wintour in a New York Times interview back in 2007. She had reportedly been set to sit at Brian Atwood's table at the next gala, but was swiftly uninvited. She eventually made it back into Wintour's good graces, but other celebs have not been so lucky.
