The amount of rubber chokers you had around your neck was directly proportional to how popular you were. In elementary, middle, and high schools across the country, this fad became an obsession and lasted for longer than any of us can remember. We would love to see these come back in a more mainstream way, especially with new designs and maybe words instead of the classic interweaving.
