The Cipriani 42nd Street Waitstaff must be the hardest working staff in NYC: Tuesday night was the Norman Mailer Writers Colony Gala, Wednesday was The Princess Grace Awards Gala, and last night, the National Design Awards Gala (which we'll talk more about later). This week alone they've served Literary Royalty, Hollywood Royalty, and, uhm, ROYALTY royalty. How many actors, writers, and artists do you think are in this lineup of waiters?
