On the Street: Neon Hues

Anybody else noticing the influx of bright colors this fall?  Walking across town today, we first spotted a woman in a bright orange dress with a bright yellow cardigan and matching tights.  We didn't think that much of it (we were in the village).  By the time we made it uptown on fifth ave (where this photo was snapped), we had come across bright orange, greens, and yellows more times than we could count.  Isn't it supposed to be the coming of fall with dark hues, rich purples and emerald greens?  This guy looks like he's preparing for his first weekend of the year in Nantucket.  Alas, we aren't ready for summer's imminent end either...
