JCPenney Wants To "Style Your Spring"

JCPenney is trying to make like Target this spring by stepping it up with a new list of designers including collections I Heart Ronson by Charlotte Ronson, Bisou Bisou by Michele Bohbot, Fabulosity by Kimora Lee Simmons and collections by Nicole Miller and Allen Schwartz. The department store doesn't seem to mind that it's Fall Fashion Week here in New York as they held their Spring Runway Show at Espace Tuesday night with guests including Anne Dexter-Jones, Minka Kelly, Lauren Bush and her FEED bag, Djimon Hounsou, Phillip Bloch, Jill Zarin, Ruby Anik, and JCPenney CEO Myron E. Ullman III who dodged models on the runway with his Segway.
