When you think about it, ballerinas and fashion models have some serious overlap. Both jobs require a certain degree of gracefulness, along with a consciousness of movement and form. They both use their bodies as powerful mediums. And let's be real, ballerinas have always been chic. So it's no wonder the designer set, among them the likes of Alice + Olivia's Stacey Bendet and Gabriela Hearst, have tapped India Bradley, a rising star in the New York City Ballet’s corps de ballet, for stunning style imagery. Hearst, for one, looked to Bradley as her muse for her Pre-Fall 2020 collection, the look book for which the dancer gorgeously starred in.
