UES, LES, UWS...these are popular abbreviations for popular Manhattan neighborhoods. UES being the (arguably) most scrutinized one. There have been countless books, shows, and movies set to try and re-create the Upper East Side and it's social nuances bizarrities. We however, prefer a different name that UES represents: Upper Echelon Shoes. Though they are largely worn and popularized by their UES residents and young Hamptonites, we still think they're pretty cool.
