Would I renew?

To be honest, not right now, solely because for me, My List is missing a few key elements that make other subscription services a bit more desirable.
For one, I'd recommend they change their process to give you the option of returning individual items (not just whole orders). Though I can recognize how this is a far more eco setup. I wanted to wear the coats I had sent to me for weeks, but I had to hold onto a blazer I wasn’t crazy about in the meantime.
Product wise, they are just as strong as, if not stronger than, other services. Though others may have a larger selection since they've been around longer, Bloomingdale's definitely doesn’t have the quality control issue that other services do. All of the items that I received looked brand new, even if tags weren’t attached. So if one of your issues with Rent the Runway is feeling like everything has been worn a million times, you should totally try My List.
I think that Bloomingdale's is at a unique advantage in that they already have relationships with luxury brands. If they were to add those labels to their service, subscription numbers would skyrocket. Let’s get Canada Goose and Chloe on My List, and then I’ll rejoin in a heartbeat.
In short, I wouldn’t count Bloomingdales out of the subscription game. I think they have a great service that just needs some fine tuning.
And honestly, their amazing outerwear selection alone is worth the try. God will I miss those coats!
